Collection of passport from LOSA:

Should the applicant not be able to collect the passport after visa application processing a third party may be authorised to collect the passport on behalf of the applicant.  

On the day of collection, the third person authorised by the applicant to collect the passport must provide:

A signed authorisation letter from the applicant authorising them (third party) to collect the passport on behalf of the applicant. The authorisation letter must include:

1.    Full names and ID/Passport number of person collecting the passport;

2.    Full names and ID/Passport number of the applicant as they appear in the passport

3.    Original receipt; and

4.    Original identification Document of the collector.
