Please list the conditions below:
1. Your
are responsible for booking and paying for your own flights.
2. Travelers
may not be in transit longer than 24 hours in Amsterdam.
3. Only
person registered on the Mission database (Taipei and Netherlands) may use
this repatriation flight. The Mission in Taipei will assist with this.
4. The
intended route must be forwarded to the Mission as soon as possible for
registration, the Mission to inform the Embassy in the Netherlands.
5. The
Mission will send you a consent form and a questionnaire to complete. Please
complete these urgently and send it along with a copy of your passport to
the email address listed below.
6. Once
your bookings have been finalised, please send the Mission in Taipei your
finalized itinerary.
Persons who would like to travel on 3 July 2020 may check with
China Airline as they have a flight from Taipei to Amsterdam on the day.
This is merely a suggested flight, you may use any flight of your choice,
but please ensure that for any transits in your travel to Amsterdam you will
be allowed to transit.
Any communication with regard to repatriation flights must be sent
to Taipei.dha@dirco.gov.za.
In the subject line please put you Repatriation Request_your name_ ID
Number.
