South Africa may have been
dubbed many things under the sun but one thing is for
sure, the country prides itself on flying the flag high
when it comes to its colourful people and attractions.
The latest accolade is being included in CNN's
compilation of colourful places in the world.
Ranked at number two on the list of 25 world's most
bright and colourful places, South Africa's Muizenberg
beach surpassed places found in Tokyo, Arizona, Italy
and France, to name a few.
It says "Muizenberg's colourful beach huts don't need an
Instagram filter to dazzle".
Known as a shallow beach with warm water during winter,
according to Cape Town Tourism, the Muizenberg region is
more than just a summer destination. It offers great
family fun and learning to surf has become the number
one activity on the jam-packed beachfront, even during
