Dear Visa Applicant

The Liaison Office of South Africa (LOSA) wishes to inform all applicants that the visa system used for the issuance of visas is currently offline. Visas are being processed and hand written visas will be issued. Since this is a manual process issuance takes much longer.

The Mission takes note that applicants were issued with dates for collection of their passports, however, your passport may not be ready upon collection. Applicants are therefore advised that the office will inform them once their application has been processed and passports are ready for collection. Kindly monitor your emails for a notification for collection.
