When collecting you passport from LOSA, the applicant will be required to
produce the original receipt issued on application.
Should the applicant not be able to collect the passport after visa
application processing a third party may be authorized to collect the
passport on behalf of the applicant.
On the day of
collection, the third party authorized by the applicant to collect the
passport must provide a signed authorization letter from the applicant
authorizing them (third party) to collect the passport on behalf of the
applicant.
Please inform the office in writing on
taipei.dha@dirco.gov.za,
please provide a contactable number in the event that the office needs to
verify with you.
The third party who will collect must please produce the following documents
on collection:
1.
The above-mentioned
authorization letter.
2. Original and copy of their ID/Passport number of
third party collecting the
passport;
3. Copy of
the ID/Passport number of the applicant as they appear in the passport.
4. Original receipt; and
Please
note that in the absence of the requested documents listed above, LOSA will
not release the passport to a third party. |
